If LA and its studios don’t look after their precious precious PRECIOUS history then it’s a grim day for everyone. Buildings this wildly enriched in significant event and memory matter a LOT. Just as the abiding presence of such a structure trickles down into the community in ways too complicated to identify, and EVERYONE in the community, in the country, benefits, so the razing of this site would hurt EVERYONE too.
